Points needed in Alliance Banquet Event for 5% Rank rewards

As the title suggests, how much should an alliance score in the Banquet event to get a cut off rewards of 5%

4.5-5M should be enough I believe

My alliance just has one richie rich, we currently have 3M, all i can do is hope

5% bracket is gonna be pretty huge.
