Unable to enter gauntlet..

I just became paragon and had tb difficulty eq 100%.. But now I can't get the ticket..it shows become paragon and explore eq but I have already done both...is it a bug or am i missing something?? Plz suggest what i should do further..

    Ticket is only available for people who were already Paragon by the time they explored TB quest.
    Objective that gives the ticket is only available for Paragon's. If you do TB explore first, then TB status is already considered done, so by the time you get the Paragon Objective to show, since you can’t Explore it a second time to get the reward to activate it won’t.

    Next month you’ll be able to start getting tickets from TB explore.

    (or bug Kabam Support into thinking there was a problem with not getting it this month, and some support people might give it to you)
