When is the next level up event?

Pretty sure the 22hr events follow the same pattern of arena win->event quest completion->hero use->level up. It might be different at different progressions, but that is what it is for paragons and valiants.

- Hero Use
- Event Quest
- Level Up
- Arena

On the off-chance that OP is conquerer as well...
