Someone in my alliance, can't claim the final milestone for the week. 1 (Letters from a champion Week 1). Not only this, but he has a read 1 for the tab Rewards and below it is blank. What should he do?

open a ticket with support by clicking the gear in the top left corner in game and scrolling down to support. nobody on the forums can assist
