Battleground 14 - Tigra not applying rupture?

Why didn’t Tigra apply any rupture damage when I tried fighting Shuri and a few other Tech champs? I am obviously not a Tigra expert but thought she would be a good option.

You can get ruptures by punishing her heavy or specials still

Shuri is immune to the neutralize, isn't she?

Can't have her ability accuracy altered, technically.
