Can I get my contest credit balance to normal

I got a purchase refunded and I got the negative credits but I just found out that the refund got refunded and my money was taken back so can u please get my balance restored. I have over 2k units that I can’t use. If a kabam member sees this can you please help.

    Your refund got refunded? As in charge again?....
    Refund the refunded refund again and then pay for the contest credits and get put of red units...
    That way you refunded refund can be refunded to refund Kabam and everyone is squared away.
