I am getting the burst of direct damage from simply completing a combo once (readied) no issues with other champions doing the same combo. This happens right at the beginning of the fight

    Because aegon second medium ender has 2 hits.
    It is bugged

    Oh yeah I didn't noticed it sorry.

    This might be a result of careless programming, the programmer might have forgotten to make exceptions for champs like aegon with two hit mediums.

    This bug may get fixed eventually
