Keep in mind you'll get a second r2 gem soon from road to the crypt, so you can take 2 champions to r2 pretty soon

Ham and Titania are both fantastic champions but i like Ham better especially because he is 7* now and his power stings are monstrous , though Titania is buff immune so if you don't have s99 or any other buff immune ranked , you can also go for her.
