and I'm sorry to report I only earned the community 189 deaths instead of the 1 million deaths that my alliance was sure would happen.

Jan. 15th can't come soon enough and I hope your new champs from the rewards are what you want.

I used about 30 for completion with r4 kate, I reckon it's somewhat similar for aegon as well

I suck at this game so I'm not just going to be higher than most but A LOT higher than most I would assume. However, I'd been saving up a ton of revives, without farming 5.3.6 or 5.4.6, so I didn't mind using them all. I did have to buy one of the 500 unit specials to finish the last 1%.

My team was Aegon, PM, Doom, Juggs and Nick Fury

I did the titania lane with guardian on my main account and it took like 7 to fully ramp then everything after was 2-4. It shocks me how people spend a ton on the easy lane compared to like the odin lane

If we are sharing how much our completion run took I'm willing to say mine, even though no one but my alliance will believe me. I used 6r5a Kate for all but 2 of the path fights, and only used 10 single revives for the path and 3 team revives for grandmaster.

I completed with about 190 as well. I was aggressive with every last defender with the exception when ramping up. On the grandmaster, I just smashed his face until I got to the last one percent. Never even bothered with his tasks. I didn’t bother with reverse controls, but danced around until I got a special three.

After the nightmare of my first run with an assorted team fighting GM and barely doing any damage to get him to the last phase, I decided Aegon was the best fit for me for exploration. He makes that GM fight a joke.

I had Aegon Proxima Heimdall Nick and Doom. I will wait till after the road to the crypt rewards before I progress. I’m certain I can greatly reduce the number of revives, but I want to find out what the revive situation is after the nerf.

Honestly valid. What i did was just keep restarting until i got a really good first attempt and then went from there

Chavez does aarkus really easily with 1 rev, not speaking for him tho maybe he used kate somehow 🤷‍♂️

After reading this thread, I swear I ain't rankun Aegon for necropolis. I now regret using sigs on him lol.
I'm the most average player out there and I spent 75 revs on titania path, most went to grandmaster alone (30ish).
I used kate, doom and synergies.

Sorry OP, I know you came to the forum with a light hearted, self deprecating post and some excitement you got through it. Instead, you get flexed on and people questioning your skill.

You still get the same rewards they do on Road to the Crypt so don’t sweat it. I generally like the forums, but these types of posts don’t bring out the best qualities. It’s a blasted mobile game, you didn’t fail at life because a piece of content cost you more revives than what is averaged here.

I believe I am surprisingly more skilled than much of this community. Don't know how many kills i gave but won't give more than 4 in maximum fights post Aegon rampup. Some fights were too easy so 2 deaths were good. And some were tough so around 7. Assuming I myself have given less than 70 deaths which isn't bad

For the statistic: 85 revives with maxed Aegon, including 15 ramp up at Titania and 16 for Grandmaster… That‘s an average of 4.5 revives for the rest (excluding the 2 Ambushes).

On the forums I have seen some post runs with above 100 revives, some below 60… So I‘d say I‘m quite the average player…

Background: Playing since 2015, with some multi-year breaks in between… Have never used Aegon before, only done 1 Path in Labyrinth with Star-Lord at the time, no other Everest content. So not a lot of specific experience…

One additional note: provided my run could be described as average, it needed more revives than the “regular” inventory+stash limit of 68 revives…

So if revives-farming is nerfed to death, even a patient player that runs the apothecary and the 22h events for a MONTH, cannot complete a path in Necro without buying additional revives…

Not saying this is a bad thing. Maybe that’s a good thing. Just saying…

Valkryie - 9 revives
Red Guardian - 2 revives

GM -........ 48 revives (this is my only **** about the whole fight. At least 10 or 11 times at the very start of the fight and many times inbetween, the AI was throwing the insta-kill heavy so fast that I didn't have time to dodge back.)

Can I ask what is likely a *really* stupid question, but I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around it?

I know the "best" synergy team to bring for Ægon includes Proxima for the Combo Shield and Heimdal for the Second Life...

But if you get hit - isn't the Proxima combo shield protection going to make you *want* to quit out of the match right away to save your combo? What does having the unstoppable/indestructable buff do to help you? I'm sure this is quite obvious but my brain is just having a hard time understanding.
