Doing those objectives earlier while a different Progression.
And then getting the objectives re-spawned again once you advanced to a new progression.
(I assume to be your case).

Others moving up have also not been able to claim just the Final objective level of each re-spawned tree as well as you.

Guessing it is to prevent double-dipping on the FINAL reward and what triggers because of that (another Naught / Nice selector). So this prevents being able to get BOTH Titles if you advanced to new progression.

You do get to claim all the other non-final levels worth of stuff again.

I don’t believe that’s the case summonerNR.
I’m in the habit of collecting every time I achieve a reward, and I noticed that those two rows week1 and week3 stopped giving while the others still do.
I believe it’s just some kind of glitch that hopefully we’ll get remedied when that event closes

They stopped giving at the last level of those objectives. #12
The other weeks on pic you had not reached #12 yet (so can’t tell if they would be claimable or not once you reach them).

But point being, did you do these weeks (at least thru Week 3) at some progressions (like TB), and then afterwards did you advance to (ie, Paragon). And then got these whole Objectives again ??
That's where I’m suggesting that while you can claim # 1 thru 11 again (have to do new fights in order to get them, because they are “new” objectives that spawned up again), it would NOT let you claim just the 12th level.
