Side Quest Rewards bug?

Hey there, I was looking for the primordial dust in game bc I saw it on the rewards but apparently it was supposed to be given by exploring the level and in game it shows as a completion reward. Is there a problem if we get it as a completion reward? Is it considered an exploit or something?

Good catch.

Seems to be just T.L. 5 where the in-game rewards say Primordial Dust is in Completion, instead of Explore.

The announcement tables say they should be in Explore for all 2 - 5 Threat Levels.
But in-game, just the Level 5 seems wrong.

But I imagine if people have already got it from Completion, they probably aren’t gonna move it over.
Because then there would be double-dipping by those people in the last week. And complaints from everyone else who were NOT able to take advantage of a double-dip.
