Warlock nerf???

Did Warlock get nerfed in the last update? When I have an opponent infected, I could get degeneration and power drain to activate, lately after the update it seems that is no longer the case??

Why, why must people jump straight to nerf. This game is riddled with bugs but somehow, any time a champ doesn't work like someone thinks they should, it's a nerf.

Also, if you're going to call something a nerf, provide some proof. How hard is it to record a fight or take a screenshot while infected to show us what's happening.

Also, also, where is this happening at? What game mode? AW? BGs? Questing? Provide some context.

Don't understand abilities properly = Silent Nerf
Bugg = Nerf
Bugg that benefits us that gets fixed = nerf
Bugg that doesn't benefit us = Bugged

Put all of those on a spinner and spin it every time something happens and whatever it lands on is the explanation for it

They don't do silent nerfs. I did see some strange interactions in 2.2 TB EQ, but I suspect a bug.
