I have 6* Sym Supreme and Manthing. Just, which one should I rank up? Thanks.

All i know is that if they get buffs, they bleed and it isn't hulkling then symbiote is the best option

Symbiote is a great option for act 6 Medusa boss, so if you are still working act 6, choose him

Symbiote supreme works well for hulkling.

Symbiote. He just has much more utility than Man Thing

Really depends on what you want them for and your roster (as with literally every recommendation).

Personally, Man-thing has some really funny animations and I like playing him a lot more. Both have some good synergies, tags that are occasionally relevant, are good against buffs, etc. Man-thing is a far better defender, if you like BGs, and he can literally just cycle sp 2s if you have mystic dispersion at 4/5. Neither really require awakening, but they also aren't the meta/standout options in their class.
