Raid - Role Charges Missing After Disconnect

Title kind of says it all.
Alliance member started a fight against Maestro a Raid and had a disconnect.
When he reopened the game Role charges have been reset on the Boss. Role charges are not appearing for other members as well. Had 12, 8, 4 prior to the reset.

Yeah I already posted about this way earlier in the day. Haven’t heard anything about it. Kabam is so slow at dealing with these things despite there being a time crunch that they imposed themselves. We decided to just move on and do all the work over again.

Saw your post after I created mine. Made me feel better we were not the only ones experiencing it. We are doing the same, sure would be nice to have some Kabam acknowledgement on this.

100% agreed. This is utter nonsense—same thing occurs in incursions and has been brought up time and again.

I’ve linked this thread to one I replied to in General. My occurrence happened when my controls failed and I simply swiped up to close out. If I get a KO for that, then fine. But dropping nearly 30 charges? *Feels* like that’s what’s meant to happen, especially when there’s no reponse.

Is not related to disconnects. Happened with me 50% of the fights I tried to do, some would have damage increase and others wouldn't.

This happened to me twice too. Once we all had 15 charges. Only started happening today. What a waste of 800 units.

There’s at least one other thread active on this topic in General. The theory is that it is coded like persistent charges and the game sees it the same way when you get a DC or force close.

It’s a significant issue with Raids in my opinion. There’s way too much coordination and work put in to finally get to a damage dealing phase (that is capped at 10%) just to lose it all when a call comes in, your signal drops or you simply notice the game starting to stutter as you initiate the fight.
