Aq ranks affected by time now ?

This week our alliance finished outside of the top 20 despite having higher prestige than 3+ of the top 20.

Another alliance submitted a ticket and the reply said time to completion mattered. This was never the case nor was it communicated to the community.

Number 1 alliance is 1000s lower in prestige then #2.

This change is huge and to not be communicated is rather disappointing.

Kabam commented that it is a bug and the support tech responded with inaccurate information regarding completion time - nothing has changed. It is being looked into.
