7* tech rank up help

Hi there, can you please help me with your thoughts of who would you rank up. i have the mats no generic gem will be used. thanks

Shocker has some insane sp2 damage no doubt. Easy peasy. I like the utility of warlock too, so I guess it boils down to utility or sheer destructive power.
