He was like close to 18k at rank 3 sig 200 for me now he is not even 17k.
Can someone tell me if this was intened and where it was mentioned? Cause i don't even know where to look

    Holy sheesh, yeah i did change the relic i forgot about it since it was like months ago. And recently i played less so i never noticed XD
    my bad thanks for reminding since those relics really do be messing with the hero rating
