Potential Delay to v44.1 Launch

We are currently working through some issues that may affect the release window of v44.1. This means that the update may not release on Monday as it usually does. When I had 21,413 prestige, I suffered a loss of prestige for no reason. I have asked for support, but I don't see any suitable progress, I want urgent support. My prestige list is available in the first picture

    how can it be right to do such a thing without notifying without any explanation?
    i'm not surprised anymore when it comes to kabam, they lost a player today, good luck to everyone

    All good, it's just that it has no effect on the actual gameplay - and Kabam used to hide it. It made people rank up terrible champs like Thor Rags.

    Capiw prestige has been fixed in the March update
