Alliance Raid Role Charges gone

We took down 80% of Far left maestro boss. We had 15 role charges of Tactician and Vanguard each and 7 assault charges.
When i went to fight again noticed there is only two charges. Is this suppose to happen? Or is this a bug?
This is annoying.

    Is a bug, apparently it sometimes doesnt give you any in-fight charges in order to increase your damage

    I had this exact issue as well on the same far left maestro. .

    I started with 15-15-9 charges. I ended with 6-1-0.

    I’ll be honest. I force closed after getting clipped by a sp1. I think that’s the issue.

    Any responses from Kabam on this. Our alliance is blowing through consumables trying to get these bosses down and charges are resetting and when they’re there damage increase is sporadic. We’re trying to figure what is a bug and what may be user error. Definitely in no way is any part of these raids not gonna need a lot of resources. I’m middle lane. Kang went down first day, and now we are 4+ days on Maestro

    We’ll probably get a few revives as compensation to make up for the thousands of units we’re spending in this game. The first week of raids has been awful. Good for Kabam though, they’ll be lining their pockets at our expense!

    Same , I did an almost 10% run with 14 + tactical , 14 Vanguard & 14 Assault charges . I temporary lost connection for 10 seconds and resume , this fight still show KO & completed . After that , all the role charges were gone. Can Kabam do something to this bug and secure cross fight ability ? It is unfair to the entire BG to gain charges again.

    It is frustrating. I have read every nodes and nowhere it was mentioned that the charges will reset. The mode is already hard enough.

    We’re about half done on Ultron and had Assault/Vanguard/Tactician at 15/10/5. Vanguard attacker went in, game crashed. Charges are now at 1/1/1. It’s a shame that in the months we had to prepare for raids, Kabam didn’t make sure the game mode would actually work. Standard.

    Same happened with us we three were at 15 charges each and next we saw all are gone.. is this a bug?

    @Kabam Miike please help and atleast let us know if there is a bug which is causing to rest the charges we have already spent 1000s on units to reach this far
