Thoughts on 7* Havok?

Just pulled him from my second Titan crystal and I haven't been terribly impressed so far. Maybe I'm playing him wrong but from all the videos I've watched he only really shines against energy damage matchups (I'm also using a R2 6* Storm relic)

Is he worth a R2?
