Raid Ultron boss regen

So I got Ultron to 50% and backed off right away so I could parry his attack and disable the regen and he proceeded to act the most passive of any run and just hold block until he finished his revive, even with me trying to bait him out of it. He went back up to 63% and I was able to get him down to 55%, but is he just going to do the same again and then again at 25%?

This isn’t a good first week of Raids lol

Don’t give him chance to go passive and proc regen.
As soon as he dips below 50%, pause the fight and let it time out.
