I’m stuck on the loading screen

How do I get pass the loading screen I even deleted and redownloaded the app nothing works, need some insight please!

Are you new to game ? Or been playing for months and this is just now not updating to latest version ??

If new, does phone have native built-in Google PlayStore ?
Or is it some like Chinese phones that don’t have native GOOGLE, and using non-standard (their own version) of App Store ?

Only portion of app is downloaded initially, then rest is fetched directly via GOOGLE PlayStore mechanism, so may not work on other devices App Stores.

(above referring to Android only. Obviously if Apple that doesn’t apply).
