Shocker dealing critial hits in side quest

In the side quest, on the path with the "Critical Interruption" node, my 7* shocker deals a critical hit every 2 or 3 hits after obtaining the precision passive.
According to his base kit, he shouldn't be able to land any critical hits.
I play on an iPhone 13 on iOS 17.2.1.

It happens with every champ that can't land crits, like guardian, cap sam, etc. Not a bug

The Precision passive overrides his usual ability.

While this post is still somewhat active, crossbones actually doesn't land crits but he gains a fury on every single hit while the precision is up and deals absurd damage

It's the wording in their kit, guardian, Gully2099 can't land crits 'naturally' the precision is unnatural

Crossbones however is 'prevented' from landing crits of any kind

What's the case with infamous ironman, I think he too acts similar to crossbones
