How to Get your game back ?

One of my friend recently completed Act 5 and I was inviting to play with me but when he installed the game then by mistake he chose New game How to get back the old account because It was all just done by Mistake.

    If this was a reinstall on device they had already been using for that original account, then they can just go to in-game settings (upper left) and do LOGOUT.

    That then defaults to using the default/original game account (without actually being logged in) on that device (saved in device cache or such).

    If this is new device, as so long as that older game account had a Kabam Login ID/password to it, they can just LOGIN (same in-game settings area) with that older Kabam ID (email) and password.
    Or similar if had been using Google Play or Apple GameCenter for the login.
