Iceman coldsnap damage

Based on what his sig ability says I should be doing way more coldsnap damage than the numbers I’m seeing when using iceman. Anyone else notice this?

That seems perfectly reasonable. You’re doing 692 damage every 0.5 seconds. That equates to about 16.5k damage over 12 seconds which is actually more than listed. That accounts for class advantage though. I see no bugs here
