No global bans in expert war?

Is it just a glitch on my side?

When I look at global bans in expert map, no one is banned.

When I look at challenger map there is a ban (Hercules).

I thought herc and warlock were supposed to be globally banned in expert map?

Something is wrong.
I’m also in expert map (T1) and I see only one global ban which is Herc. It should have also warlock but he’s not there.
