Twitch Prime Reward Not Working

I went onto my twitch as usual after hearing about the updated rewards, claimed it, scanned the qr code, but unlike usual where it would take me directly to the game it instead takes me to the IOS app store with the option for me to manually open the game from there. I then open the game through the store i was just directed to only to not receive anything. I made sure i didn't claim it without knowing or anything. I haven't seen anyone else with this issue so I'm making my first discussion about this lol

Do you mean the Amazon Prime Gaming rewards ?

The Twitch is for the Livestream, where they will do a giveaway to random viewer(s).

For Prime Gaming, do a long PRESS+HOLD on the CLAIM button, that will give a Pop-Up box where you can select “OPEN IN MARVEL” (MCOC, CHAMPIONS).

Otherwise, you have to have the OS's native browser setup for your default browser. So it is Safari (on Apple) or Chrome (on Android) that is doing the directing to the game app itself (instead of to the App Store).

Wow this actually fixed my issue, Thanks so much fr SummonerNr. I was so confused because i had claimed a least 3 before and this is the only time it wanted to act up. I appreciate the response!
