That’s arguably the most balanced part of his kit. The special intercept timings for other champions are way too tight and in some cases impossible to pull off due to the special start up animations (try special intercepting with cyclops SP1). Hercs is reasonable to pull off.

The issue with Herc has always been his immortality, not the damage or utility.

Last time I checked Kabam said they do not have any plan to nerf herc at the moment, and they are not asking for anyone's suggestion. Just put it to rest!
