Why Multiple Ballots?

If the intent was to give more say to summoners who play more, thus earning more ballots, this has failed. For the same reason I can't decide who to rank-up, I have inadvertently split my votes evenly thus nullifying my opinions in the matter. As a result, I'm left feeling unimportant, unfulfilled, and medicated. Cheers to those who are more decisive than myself. Good luck to the finalists.

I would say this should be considered a success. You played more, you got more votes, you didn't really care where they went, and so you self-annihilated your votes. That's not a failure. Of the system.
