Next R3 opinion

Both unduped, should I take Photon or Titania to R3 to get me to Valiant? I'm pretty even split between both champs honestly...

that's a tough one. two really good champs. maybe id lean photon just a little more defensive ability and newer so shes more exciting

Titania punches up quite well as a champ so she should be fine at r2. Photon would be my choice.

I had the same decision a few months back, cant go wrong with either although i went with photon since she is more of a dual threat
