What's with Dust animations?

I don't know about other guys on androids, but mine is dropping extremely low when it comes to FPS while fighting Dust.
Is it going to be optimized or...?

For me it didn't happen I hate her anyway I mean what's with the Sand storm dmg

It's dusty, she keeps splashing sand at my champs. They need to shower up after the fight.
