Relics infinitely updating after update

Been trying to swap some relics around after I pulled a 7* lady deathstrike and waited for about half an hour to get one relic removed, stuck on the updating loading screen with the blue bar and it doesn't move, tried restarting the game a couple times and just leaving it and it doesn't update. Anyone have any tips or solutions I may have not tried? Or has anyone else experienced this?
