Need help with account (It's not banned)

I just received an email from kabam support telling me that I have updated my profile and my password has been changed.
I have done nothing of the kind and can log into the game just fine but when I went to see if the game is linked to kabam ID it's telling me my email is invalid.

This seems to be the email of the person that has kinda taken over the account
The automated email i received with a ticket no is where i have replied to and these emails are coming as seperate emails not as a reply to the email with the ticket no.
