Hit Monkey has no #Decay anymore

Since when did they take Hit Monkey's #Decay away??
I use him 10/12 wars in a season on the placebo path, always had #Decay since it came out. Today I saw it was gone.
Why and since when?
Have never heard or read anything about it.

The fix for this should now be live, I’m told!

Great to hear a fix is coming, just checked ingame but still is missing (now I filter by the tag I see more champs are missing like cap IW for example)
I guess I will wait a few hours to join the next war 🤣

I see it live on my end now. Maybe try restarting?
