Human Torch Pre-Fight Failed to Apply in Alliance War February 10 2024

I attempted an Absorbing Man miniboss on node 38 in Alliance War around 18:00 EST today 2/10 using Human Torch. I applied the pre-fight and confirmed after the fight my charge was "0". When the fight started I did not have Nova flames active and as a result timed out on the fight. Even then I still tried to power through the fight and got the boss down to 15%-20% before his regen brought him back up again.

I've lost AB and potions, please refund the potions at minimum. This bug needs to be fixed ASAP and a post made on all affected champions we should avoid.

You have to make sure that the yellow diamond is actually on the defender, sometimes the prefight doesn’t actually activate. There will be no compensation for this

What're you supposed to do when the pre-fight doesn't take, you still lose your attacker slot and get hard stuck in War.

Putting the expectation to players to look out for bugged gameplay is not acceptable for a game that's been around this long and this recurring bug that's come up over the years.

Had the same issue happen just now when I was gonna try a boss fight. Frustrating for sure. I was going to attach a video but guess I can’t attach to a post.
