War - fight start with a different attacker than the one you chose?

Any other Ali’s had this happened to them? 5 players thought they click on a specific champ and then had a different champs enter in the war fight.

First we thought it was just guys not paying attention but after the fith person … anyone else?

Do you mean when selecting 3-champ Team to enter into Attack Phase for war ?

Or do you mean an individual Fight later on ?
If so, was it clicking on intended champ immediately when fight champ selection screen loads ? Sometimes I would click too early/fast, and it doesn’t actually switch over to that champ. And then click on Begin Fight but champ had not actually been switched.
(that has gone on basically forever, so instead I usually click on the champ repeatedly several times until champ actually changes).

That's just an issue of loading time. But still annoying that you hear the BEEP sound as if your click is registered, but the code to process the champ switch had not been fully loaded yet so the Beep doesn’t actually mean that champ switching code will follow afterward.
If clicking on champ was not gonna actually switch the champ, why did it recognize the click well enough to actually sound the beep.

Or is this something new that is happening for you sometimes ?
