Casual-ish mid level alliance seeks 3

Well howdy folks! Thanks for stopping by to read.
[AWIW] Adam Warlock's Infinity Watch is looking to fill three spots. You can check us out in game from our alliance info.
We are a fairly casual, laid back, game/life balanced, but by no means lazy alliance. We play to have fun and never let the game become a second job.
AQ - We run 3 BGs of 5×4. AQ runs days 1-4 (Mon-Thur). Maps are completed 99.9% of the time (even we are prone to occasional slip ups), well before the 23 hours are up, and we score north of 160 mil (currently good for 4700 glory and the other goodies).
AW - We ask everyone to place and attack is optional. Everyone gets season and individual war rewards. We've had Gold 5 finishes with this system. We don't take AW super seriously, therefore it isn't a focus.
BG - No required minimums. Do enough to get qualified for the alliance season rewards but beyond that as much or as little as you'd like.
Raids - Still TBD in all honestly. The alliance is essentially split 50/50. And with having to fill 3 openings, it's dicey to say the least.
We are well organized, communicate well, and fully understand that life does come first and the game hits the back burner. We're a team and we have our teammates backs.
Only 2 hard requirements:
1) Have and use LINE for communication. It's way more effective.
2) Join and participate in every AQ. You don't need to be a boss killer, but you do need to spend energy a few times each map and put up points.
