Mystique - Perfect description! Shapeshift as Shang Tsung on Mortal Kombat.

One of the most unique characters in the Marvel Universe, Mystique can shape-shift into anyone she has seen, and has exceptional fighting abilities. She would have rivalry synergies with countless other Mutants, and would be a Mutant herself.

Unique Abilities:
Deception:
There is a fixed 5% chance that Mystique shape-shifts into another champion for a split-second, confusing the enemy, exposing their armor (Armor Break) and weakening their attacks (Weakness) for 8 seconds.
Poison Immunity
Awakened Ability:
Exposed:
Mystique deceives her opponents with shape-shifting. When Mystique's Deception exposes her enemy, the effect is now permanent, and can stack without limit.
Other status effects:
Fixed 10% chance to gain Precision and/or Cruelty

I have a very dangerous ability idea for mystique.
Once per fight, when mystique reaches 15% health, She randomly shapeshifts into one of the playable character for 5 seconds, gaining the abilities of those champs for this duration.

How this works - if she shapeshifts into someone like infamous iron man, She gains temporary immune to incenerate shock temporary armor up nd gains regen nd special lock since she is in 15% threshold.
This leads to interesting abilities.
Imagine you inflicted bleed , she turns into elsa.
You inflicted like 15 shocks nd she turns into havok.
What y'all think about this.

I'm pretty sure this description lists exactly why we can't get Mystique in the game right now. It would push the technology beyond its limits to what we have right now, and reading it already sounds more complicated than it needs to be. Also, just because she can shapeshift does not mean she will inherit all the abilities of the person she's copying..

She can copy people's forms but she can't copy powers and even it was something like Wolverine with claws, remember that those claws are a part of her and they're only as durable up to a point, that's why wolverine was able to slice through hers like a hot knife through butter.

Also, something to keep in mind is mystique is a shape-shifter, she doesn't adopt the powers of whoever she changes into, she just changes to look and sound like them.

Short answer: no. I’m pretty sure the tech doesn’t exist to do that. We can do what the game does for strikers, which is to *replace* the character model with a different one.

Shape shifting into many different other forms is problematic, because as I understand it even strikers had resource issues. In practice, the game can’t just load new character models on the fly. It would take too long. When you have a striker the striker model is actually there, somewhere, just not on screen, and it would be closer to the truth to say the striker teleports to your location and your (original) champion teleports away. That takes no significant amount of resources, because it’s just two things moving. But the resources to actually have one more character model in the game live has to get burned from the start.

But for Mystique to work with the current engine limitations as I understand them all her potential forms would have to be loaded simultaneously into the game. They’d all, in a sense, be there. And that would place a huge strain on the game client, almost certainly causing resource exhaustion problems (I.e. game fall down and go splat problems).

She doesn't gain the powers of the person she changes into though. So all she needs is something in her abilities that represents her ability to that for the purposes of subterfuge and deception. Some sort of pre-fight ability where can choose something to represent her planning would suit. A nice SP3 and win animation with some shape shifting shenanigans and boom we got her.

Yeah the only way I could see this working is if, say, on her Specials she shape-shifts to pre-set characters. Like her SP1 she shape-shifts into someone small like Wild Child and SP2 she shape-shifts into someone big like Strong Guy, the specials can put certain Disorients or other debuffs that would make sense with her shifting. And then SP3 she could have multiple transformations but have them be fixed.

Otherwise, her attacks can have a Big Gun™️. We love Mystique with a Big Gun™️.

Well, i was thinking on a solution and maybe Mystique may have several different intro ,or better, several endings.

As the animation of all champs are already created. Just need to when she wins the code says #openrandomending, so it will call any ending , and will be #open128ending (KingPin)
Or #open76ending (Hercules)

So, everyone will wait for every finale to see the shapeshift.

Can this be done, @Kabam Miike ? If yes, it's the Mystique solution to get her into the game.
