Kate bishop slow down time broken?

With Kate Bishop, for some reason I am not able to slow down time firing sp1 to get the perfect release. This was working reliably before this month's update. Now I cannot slow down time no matter what I tried. Has there been any changes?

Using in AQ today, no problem with perfect release for me. Did you updated the game with latest patch? i have updated version.

I do have latest version on Android.

Are you holding the block input, or the special button?

I have tried both.

Before this month, I would tap the special button to activate sp1, and then tap and hold again would slow down time

Just learn to hit the block button in time with when she fires arrow, quick and easy
