What if 9 years ago I was in IOS now in Android, how can I provide them my details such as date created and my first 2 real cash purchased when I no long have the itunes details ?

Non ricordo più una mia password collegata ad un email di kabam....purtroppo ero in africa quando ho aperto il game...e tornando in Italia con il numero italiano non posso ricevere il codice per il cambio della password...soluzione?
