Why is domino selector so werid

I’m in cavalier plan on being paragon in the next couple months and was very excited for the domino selector but I got a 4* domino I genuinely just wanted a 5*. I’m not entitled to a 6* definitely not. But really a 4* this will not benefit me in anyway. I could do so much with a 5*. Why was it decided to lock 5* domino to TB. It just feels out of touch with the current state of the game. With 6* being a commonality for cav and above. Heck I had a 6* back in uncollected. Due to the captain rip off banquet event. I’m just curious on what the logic was here.

    Just progress and your rewards will progress with you. Now more than ever getting to paragon is incredibly easy with ascension materials and r4 mats everywhere.
