Side Quest Heart-Keys are missing

I have only done one rift to date, and I used a tier 1 decryption gate to do that one. I was just about to go do a bunch, only when I clicked into side quests week 1 and 2 showed locks. Then I noticed my currency shows I have 0 keys. I claimed everything I could last week and I claimed everything I could yesterday.

Same problem here, yesterday i grabbed all keys for the second week and i think i had 2+ from first week, but now i have 0. 🤷‍♂️

Same here. Grabbed 7 that were released yesterday. I save them for hero use points, which is today. Have done 3 run, tried to do another run, & no more keys

Yup, I lost all of mine... Probably 14 or so of them? Plus the 2 decoded ones. I only ran through once or twice. Any idea who could help with this? Amy way to get resolution or to get them back?

Same for me…only did 2 in week one for the profile pics, and now all of the rest of mine are missing
