Where the heck did my keys go

I recently got paragon, and I had 7 codded-keys or something but now they're all gone! And all of my gate entries are gone too... please help

Can any administrators please help me? I was really bumped about getting paragon and then the other rewards, but the keys just disappeared from thin air
