Regen not working

Is anyone else regen not working? I was fighting with superior ironman and it did not regen when at 15%, i though that it might be the node i was fighting in but then i was in AQ and the same thing happened with ultron at both 50% and 25% the regen appeared but then it disappered without actually reviving. Help

    On the AQ was against either Dr Strange or Magic and on the SQ was againt Quake. It wasnt a nullify or heal block. The regen appeared and it was gone in less than a second.

    Ds will nullify it . and quake if concussion kicks in will cancel it too, this maybe the cause of both but without seeing her charges I couldn't say on the quake fight

    Trust me no concussions, no nullify and no heal blocks
