Resources Not Downloading

Is there someone who is facing the problem of resources not downloading during the screen before starting a fight????

Had the same thing happen to me and reinstalling the game solved the issue

I did the same 6-7 times... But the problem kept arising... I am helpless right now... Can someone help me out please
