Raids are having some problems today, but for anyone unaware today is Family Day in Canada. This means that most of Kabam is not in the office and can't address anything as fast as they normally can (I know that's not very fast to begin with, but that's besides the point).

Try to be civil please. I'm sure they'll come with compensation or fixes tomorrow...whatever form that may be in.

    Is it a statutory holiday?

It's not a Canada-wide holiday. But it's applicable in most of the provinces I believe. I don't think it strictly counts as a stat holiday.

I appreciate the point about the holiday but my faith is low that they will actually compensate… they seem ok letting us enjoy the pain these days

It's a stat in Ontario, not sure about other provinces though.

I'm guessing it is in BC, only because I know that's where Kabam HQ is.

Is this a two-day holiday that they are celebrating? There hasn't been a post, as far as I can find, regarding all of the bugs since Kabam Miike's yesterday stating that things were fixed even though they weren't/aren't.
