How has 2024 been going for you so far?

With the recent controversies surrounding Alliance Raids, Winter of Woes, the new Carina’s challenges and now the new solo ISO and gold crystals, how has 2024 been for you so far in MCOC? Are you still hopeful that these problems will get resolved and MCOC will continue to thrive, or not?

I like raids, they’re just buggy af right now and in an unacceptable state in terms of functionality. Otherwise, super fun and I’ve been connecting with some ally members

I have faith that winter of woe will get easier (as per Kabam) so that should be fine ig. If the following fights are challenging but more fair, I think I’ll enjoy it going forward. Week 1 was a huge energy investment, but once I got the fight down, it wasn’t as bad because I had the right champs ranked up. Hope they don’t do more objectives like the robot one

Carina challenges are fine for the most part for me, but I have gripes with one creators challenge. The resource investment is kinda crazy, but at least they’re permanent

Overall, it’s a meh year that can easily go up for me. It’s only Feb and they fumbled a few things, but I have faith that they’ll recover. If WoW is somehow worse going forward I might have to retract that statement though lol

Decent. I am doing fine in WoW, other areas are manageable. I like my 7* roster very much.

However, I am slightly concerned that the MCoC meta across most modes for 2024 appears to be “you’re going to pay.” But I will take it as it comes and dial my participation up or down accordingly.

As for problems and issues, I don’t know. My perception is that 2024 hasn’t come off without a hitch for MCoC anywhere.

All end game, sweaty revive content. Great if that’s what you like. No fun if that’s not for you. Kabam sure isn’t afraid to trumpet that not all content is for everyone. So….. get on the Everest train or hit the pavement because this game isn’t for you? That’s the question at the moment

Mcoc wise, yes with one bad thing. I want some sort of compensation for black screen bug. Real life wise, even better. Also I pulled 6* kitty from the event caviliers so that’s really fun all I need is an awakening gem

None of the champs released so far resonate with me as far as animations, damage and overall effectiveness goes. I was hoping for dust to change that but she still isn't good enough. I've saved 400k crystals for the next featured and I am not even looking forward to any character.

I've been engaging with more content recently. Most of the Deathless chase has been pretty solid. I think the two event quests we've gotten so far have been pretty good. Winter of Woe has been a nightmare, but the content will get me to another rank 3 so that's a win. Also I really like Bullseye. I feel pretty happy with the game.

The character design department is literally the best thing about Mcoc lmao. I’ve never seen someone complain that every champ released so far doesn’t resonate with them. 2023/2024 have insanely good defenders and attackers that fit all those categories

Everyone has a likes and dislikes. My playstyle differs from yours
I don't see myself having fun with any of the 4 champions released so far because they are NOT MY TYPE OF CHAMPIONS.
Their playstyles and/or effectiveness does not reasonate with "ME" not everyone else
And that's completely fine

Unfortunately I'm becoming more and more lacking in any excitement.. for the first time in the years I've been playing I have tons of rank up mats expiring, 7* gen 1-2 gem that I don't care to use.. I used to always invest these the instant I obtained enough, too impatient to even wait for lvl up.. now they just sit there for weeks and months cuz it's just whatever
