Who should I focus most for 6.1, any help is great.

CGR, Hulking and Warlock are great options, and I would recommend ranking up the 5star chavez, she carried me alot during act5 and act6.1 and 6.2, am currently on 6.3

Would also recommend some champs with natural fury buffs to counter some nodes in 6.2, i faced this problem due to a part of my team being robots and others not having natural furies, so I had to go with the Dragon man sp2 power gain -> fury convertion way to complete 6.2.2

Medusa is great and even better for dealing with robots. I’m a very average player but managed to solo ultron with no revives using Medusa.
