Fix Automatic Neurotoxin when fighting AA with Suicides [Fix in Progress]

This has been bothering me for a while now as someone who runs liquid courage and double edge as a consistent part of their mastery build.

Every time I'm up against an Arcangel I automatically get neurotoxin applied to me despite taking no direct damage, let alone bleeding and attacking into a block. Surely this is a bug and needs to be rectified?
