Missing Point in Winter of Woe

Hello, this is addressing the previous update to Winter of Woe due to the Robot Challenge in Part 1 being too difficult. It was said that we would receive an extra point for completing Part 1 allowing us to skip the Robot Challenge. I not only completed Part 1, but also the Gamma Challenge (and claimed it). This means I should have 3 points, 1 from completion, 1 from the Gamma Challenge and 1 extra for the Robot Challenge. I currently only have 2 points. Not sure if other summoners have this issue or if the extra point will be sent out at a later date but I just wanted to bring this to Kabam’s attention just in case this is a bug.
